Dillon

Mr. Dillon was too cute for words and such a perfect little baby model.  With these super sweet lips and cute little expressions…I could have posed him all day long!  It is important to prep well before your newborn session.  There are several things (easy nothing big) you can do to help the session go smoothly!  First and foremost…be sure to contact me early to schedule your session.  Most have booked their session before they deliver, but it is important to contact me while you are still in the hospital to schedule the actual session date and time.  I photograph your precious little ones in the first 8 to 14 days so scheduling is important.

A few other things that help with the session.  Pacifiers are a huge help to me…babies love to suck and if they have their hands and arms by their face they often start rooting…a pacifer can save the session at that point…or at least get thru a few more poses.  Also a bottle of milk is a great help.  Once the session has started if your little one needs to eat it is best if I can feed them.  If they go back to mommy in the middle they often times do not want to come back to the session in a deep sleep.  Trying to keep your baby awake for as long as possible before you leave for the studio is great…wearing them down so they will have a deep sleep during the session.

There are many more tips I will send in your How To Prepare email once the baby has arrived.

Ok…no more blabbing…check out this cutie pie.
